Upon completing the bachelor’s, I applied to the University of Western States in Portland, gaining another bachelor’s in human biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I gained my Doctor of Chiropractic after I graduated on September 20th, 2022.”

Why did you become a chiropractor?

During my last year at University, I became interested in taking care of myself physically, I started to incorporate physical activity into my daily life. However, I sustained a back injury that affected me for weeks. Initially, I assumed the Injury would go away on its own, but it continued to hinder my daily activities. I decided to visit a chiropractor, during the visit we worked on my posture, exercises, and adjusting. After the visits the back pain was much less problematic even when it came back the chiropractor showed me ways to manage it. I then decided to pursue the career, seeing the impact it had on me and I do not regret a single moment since.

What courses did you take, what is your treatment style and what modalities can you incorporate?

I am well-versed in human anatomy, biology, chemistry, biophysics, rehab training, chiropractic techniques, neurology, neuroanatomy, pathology, physiology, and many more. I have taken these courses over the last 7 years, giving me adequate knowledge of each subject. I am trained in many physiological modalities such as laser, ranging from class 1 to 4 laser, Graston tools, static/dynamic cupping, IFC, and Activator. My treatment incorporates a wide array of treatments ranging from adjustments to soft tissue techniques, many modalities, and the implementation of exercise/rehab. This method of combining many approaches helps produce great results.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym to work out, and occasionally gaming after a long day.
